“ Ajuua's is a little gem in Midland, TX. The food was delicious. Salsa and chips are really good. I ate the chicken flautas for dinner. Highly recommend. Other notable dishes were the pork chops and quesadillas. The drinks were tasty also. I elected to try the bloody mary. It came with shrimp and cucumber around the rim. It also came with a Modelo which they added some to the drink. I was not aware of the Modelo being poured in. I'd rather a bloody mary without the beer added. Service was good. There was a little language barrier with the servers. Nevertheless it was a good dining experience full of Mexican decor and authenticity. ”
“ I don't know if they are short on staff, but I waited 25 minutes before my order was taken and I had to flag someone down. I took a star away for that. It is always clean and smells good. The michiladas are the best here, hands down. The salsa and queso are also the best in town. The salsa taste homemade. ”
